of <h1>Telangana GST Rule Update: Penalty Waiver for Non-Compliance with G.O.Ms No. 100 from Dec 1, 2020, to Mar 31, 2021.</h1> The Government of Telangana, under the Telangana Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, has issued a notification waiving penalties for registered persons under Section 125 of the Telangana Goods and Sales Tax Act, 2017. This waiver applies to non-compliance with provisions outlined in G.O.Ms No. 100, dated September 4, 2020, for the period from December 1, 2020, to March 31, 2021. The waiver is contingent upon compliance with the notification's provisions starting April 1, 2021. This notification is effective retroactively from October 15, 2020.
