of <h1>Arunachal Pradesh Amends GST Notification; Jammu & Kashmir Businesses Must File GSTR-3B by November 20, 2019.</h1> The Government of Arunachal Pradesh has amended Notification No. 18/2019 - State Tax, initially issued on June 28, 2019. The amendment, effective from September 20, 2019, requires registered persons whose principal business location is in Jammu and Kashmir to electronically file their GSTR-3B returns for July to September 2019 by November 20, 2019. This change was made under the Arunachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, upon the recommendation of the Council. The notification was published by the Department of Tax, Excise & Narcotics, Itanagar, and signed by the Commissioner of State Tax.
