<h1>Ministry of Corporate Affairs Corrects Sub-rule Reference from (7) to (2) in November 2021 Notification.</h1> In the notification issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, under G.S.R. 785(E) dated November 9, 2021, a correction has been made. The corrigendum, identified as G.S.R. 791(E) and dated November 12, 2021, amends the English version of the original document. Specifically, it corrects the text on page 9, line 9, by replacing 'sub-rule (7)' with 'sub-rule (2)'.
