This amendment, effective from October 1, 2021, adds specific essential oils to the list, including peppermint and various mint oils. The notification specifies that these oils, when supplied by any unregistered person to any registered person, will attract tax on a reverse charge basis. The amendment follows recommendations from the Goods and Services Tax Council and will be published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette.
