of <h1>Karnataka GST Amendment Act: Sections 4 and 5 Effective from August 1, 2021, per Section 1(2) Notification.</h1> The Government of Karnataka has issued a notification under the Karnataka Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2021, appointing August 1, 2021, as the effective date for implementing sections 4 and 5 of the Act. This decision is made under the authority granted by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Act. The notification is issued by the Under Secretary to the Government, Finance Department, in the name of the Governor of Karnataka.
