of <h1>Haryana Enforces Sections 4 and 5 of GST Second Amendment Act 2021, Effective August 1, 2021, Notification Issued.</h1> The Haryana Government, through its Excise and Taxation Department, has announced the implementation of sections 4 and 5 of the Haryana Goods and Services Tax (Second Amendment) Act, 2021. These provisions are effective from August 1, 2021. This decision was made under the authority granted by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Act. The notification was issued on October 26, 2021, by the Additional Chief Secretary to the Government of Haryana.
