The revised entry specifies that the GST rate applies to seeds, fruit, and spores used specifically for sowing, excluding seeds intended for any other use. This amendment was issued by the Commercial Taxes Secretariat under the authority of the Lieutenant-Governor, based on the Council's recommendations.
