of <h1>Tariff Values Amended for Crude Palm Oil, Gold, Silver, and More Under Customs Act, 1962. Effective October 15, 2021.</h1> The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs has issued Notification No. 81/2021, amending the tariff values for various goods under the Customs Act, 1962. Effective from October 15, 2021, the revised tariff values include crude palm oil at $1203 per metric tonne, RBD palm oil at $1214, crude soybean oil at $1388, and brass scrap at $5300. Gold is set at $575 per 10 grams, and silver at $739 per kilogram. Areca nuts are valued at $5252 per metric tonne. These changes update the previous notification from August 3, 2001.
