of <h1>Puducherry extends deadline to September 30, 2021, for revocation of registration cancellations under PGST Act Section 29(2).</h1> The Government of Puducherry has extended the deadline for filing applications for revocation of registration cancellations under clauses (b) or (c) of section 29(2) of the PGST Act. This extension applies to cases where the original deadline for filing falls between March 1, 2020, and August 31, 2021. The new deadline is set for September 30, 2021. This decision, made by the Lieutenant-Governor on the Council's recommendation, modifies previous notifications and is effective from August 29, 2021.
