The amendment involves changing the dates in the ninth and tenth provisos from '31st day of August, 2021' to '30th day of November, 2021.' This change is made following the recommendations of the Council and is officially documented by the Commercial Tax Department under File No. Bikri kar/GST/vividh-21/2017 (Part-12) 1975.
