of <h1>Bihar extends deadline to apply for revocation of GST registration cancellation to September 30, 2021, u/s 29(2).</h1> The notification from the Bihar Commercial Tax Department extends the deadline for filing applications to revoke the cancellation of registration under the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This extension applies to cases where the registration was canceled under clause (b) or (c) of section 29(2) and the original filing deadline fell between March 1, 2020, and August 31, 2021. The new deadline for such applications is now set for September 30, 2021. This decision was made by the Governor of Bihar based on the Council's recommendations.
