The amendment involves changing the dates in the ninth and tenth provisos from '31st day of August, 2021' to '30th day of November, 2021.' This amendment is effective from 29th August 2021, as ordered by the Deputy Secretary of the Commercial Tax Department, Mantralaya, Bhopal.
