of <h1>Mizoram Amends Late Fees for GSTR-1: Waivers for Nil Supplies and Reduced Fees for Small Businesses u/s 128.</h1> The Government of Mizoram has amended its earlier notification regarding late fees for delays in submitting the GSTR-1 form, as per section 128 of the Mizoram Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. Effective from June 2021, the late fees exceeding specified amounts are waived for certain classes of registered persons. Those with nil outward supplies will pay a maximum of INR 250. Entities with a turnover up to INR 1.5 crores will pay INR 1,000, and those with a turnover between INR 1.5 crores and INR 5 crores will pay INR 2,500.
