This amendment is made under the authority of section 128 of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, following the recommendations of the Council. The changes are applied to the previous notification dated December 31, 2018. This extension aims to provide taxpayers with additional time to comply with the requirements without incurring late fees.
