Commencement of Rule 46 proviso: provisions to come into force from appointed date under the Fourth Amendment. Appoints 1 April 2020 as the date from which the provisions of the Sixth proviso to Rule 46 of the Telangana Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 shall come into force, made under rule 5 of the Telangana Goods and Services Tax (Fourth Amendment) Rules, 2019, following the Council's recommendation and ordered for publication in the Telangana Gazette.
