of <h1>Karnataka Extends Deadline to Revoke GST Registration Cancellations u/s 29(2)(b)(c) to September 30, 2021.</h1> The Government of Karnataka has extended the deadline for filing applications to revoke the cancellation of registration under the Karnataka Goods and Services Tax Act. This extension applies to cases where the cancellation occurred under clause (b) or (c) of section 29(2) of the Act, and the original deadline for revocation applications fell between March 1, 2020, and August 31, 2021. The new deadline for these applications is now set for September 30, 2021. This decision was made following recommendations from the Council and is issued under the authority of Section 168A of the Karnataka GST Act.
