of <h1>Rajasthan Extends GSTR-3B Late Fee Amnesty Scheme Deadline to November 30, 2021, u/s 128 of GST Act.</h1> The Government of Rajasthan has issued a notification to extend the late fee Amnesty Scheme for filing FORM GSTR-3B under the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The deadline, initially set for August 31, 2021, has been extended to November 30, 2021. This amendment is made under the powers granted by section 128 of the Act, following the recommendations of the Council. The changes are reflected in the ninth and tenth provisos of the original notification dated December 31, 2018.
