of <h1>Punjab GST Amendment Rules 2020 Enforced: Key Provisions Effective from June 8, 2020, per Notification No. GSR 77.</h1> The Government of Punjab, through its Department of Excise and Taxation, has issued a notification under the Punjab Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This notification, dated March 22, 2021, announces the enforcement of provisions from the Punjab Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Rules, 2020. These provisions, established by Notification No. GSR 77/PA5/2017/S.164/Amd, dated September 28, 2020, will take effect from June 8, 2020. The notification is authorized by the Governor of Punjab and signed by the Financial Commissioner (Taxation) and Secretary to the Government of Punjab.
