of <h1>Chhattisgarh Requires E-Submission of FORM GSTR-3B for April-Sept 2020; Deadlines Vary by Turnover.</h1> The Government of Chhattisgarh has issued Notification No. 29/2020 under the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, mandating the electronic submission of FORM GSTR-3B for the months from April 2020 to September 2020. Taxpayers with an aggregate turnover of up to five crore rupees in the previous financial year must submit by the 22nd of the succeeding month, while others must submit by the 20th. Tax liabilities must be settled through electronic cash or credit ledgers by the specified deadlines. This notification is effective from March 23, 2020.
