of <h1>Telangana Mandates E-Invoicing for Businesses with Turnover Over Rs. 100 Crore u/r 48(4) from October 1, 2020.</h1> The Government of Telangana, under the powers of sub-rule (4) of rule 48 of the Telangana Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, has issued a notification superseding the previous notification G.O.Ms.No.49 dated 16.06.2020. The new notification mandates that registered persons, excluding those specified in sub-rules (2), (3), (4), and (4A) of rule 54, with an annual turnover exceeding 100 crore rupees, must prepare invoices and related documents as per sub-rule (4) of rule 48 for the supply of goods or services to registered persons. This notification is effective from October 1, 2020.
