of <h1>Arunachal Pradesh Activates Section 7 of Goods and Services Amendment Act 2020 Effective November 10, 2020.</h1> The Government of Arunachal Pradesh, through its Department of Tax, Excise & Narcotics, has issued Notification No. 61/2020 concerning the Arunachal Pradesh Goods and Services (Amendment) Act, 2020. The notification, dated November 10, 2020, declares that the provisions of section 7 of the Act will be enforced starting from the same date. This decision is made under the authority granted by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Amendment Act. The notification is signed by the Commissioner of State Tax.
