of <h1>Kerala Extends FORM GSTR-1 Filing Deadline: Monthly by 11th, Quarterly by 13th, Effective January 1, 2021.</h1> The Government of Kerala, under the Kerala State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has issued a notification to extend the deadline for filing FORM GSTR-1 for outward supplies. The new deadline is the eleventh day of the month following each tax period. For registered persons who file quarterly returns, the deadline is extended to the thirteenth day of the month following the tax period. This notification, which supersedes a previous one, takes effect from January 1, 2021, following recommendations from the Goods and Service Tax Council.
