of <h1>Meghalaya Amends GST Notification: GSTR-4 Returns for FY 2020-21 Due by May 31, 2021, per Section 21/2019.</h1> The Government of Meghalaya has amended Notification No. 21/2019-State Tax, dated April 23, 2019, under the Meghalaya Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. This amendment, effective from April 30, 2021, requires specified persons to file their GSTR-4 returns for the financial year ending March 31, 2021, by May 31, 2021. The notification was issued by the Excise, Registration, Taxation, and Stamps Department, following recommendations from the Council.
