of <h1>Meghalaya Amends GST Notification No. 11/2021; Extends Date from May 31 to June 30, Effective Retroactively.</h1> The Government of Meghalaya has amended Notification No. 11/2021-State Tax, originally dated May 1, 2021, under the Meghalaya Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendment changes the date in the notification's first paragraph from '31st day of May, 2021' to '30th day of June, 2021.' This amendment is effective retroactively from May 31, 2021. The notification was issued by the Excise, Registration, Taxation & Stamps Department with the approval of the Council.
