of <h1>Nagaland extends deadline for FORM ITC-04 submission to June 30, 2021, per section 168 and rule 45(3) authority.</h1> The Government of Nagaland, through the Office of the Commissioner of State Taxes, has issued Notification-05/2021, extending the due date for furnishing FORM ITC-04 for the quarter ending March 2021. Originally set for May 31, 2021, the deadline has been extended to June 30, 2021. This amendment, made under the authority of section 168 of the Nagaland Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and sub-rule (3) of rule 45 of the Nagaland GST Rules, 2017, is effective retroactively from May 31, 2021.
