of <h1>Nagaland GST Act Amendment: Date Changed from May 31, 2021, to July 31, 2021, Effective Retroactively.</h1> The Government of Nagaland, under the Nagaland Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has amended a previous notification dated April 23, 2019. The amendment changes the date in the third paragraph, second proviso, from '31st day of May 2021' to '31st day of July 2021.' This amendment is effective retroactively from May 31, 2021.
