of <h1>Deadline for FORM ITC-04 Submission Extended to June 30, 2021, per Notification No. 46/2021-GST.</h1> The due date for submitting FORM ITC-04 for the quarter ending March 2021 has been extended to June 30, 2021, as per Notification No. 46/2021-GST issued by the Government of Assam. This amendment modifies the previous notification No. 43/2021-GST, changing the deadline from May 31, 2021, to June 30, 2021. The notification, authorized by the Principal Commissioner of State Tax, Assam, under the Assam Goods and Services Tax Act and Rules, is effective retroactively from May 31, 2021.
