of <h1>Andhra Pradesh extends FORM ITC-04 submission deadline for March 2021 quarter to June 30, 2021, under GST Act.</h1> The due date for submitting FORM ITC-04 under the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, for the quarter ending March 2021, has been extended to June 30, 2021. This amendment replaces the previous deadline of May 31, 2021, as per the proceedings of the Chief Commissioner of State Tax, Andhra Pradesh. The notification, issued by the Commissioner, is effective retroactively from May 31, 2021, under the authority granted by section 168 of the Andhra Pradesh GST Act and sub-rule (3) of rule 45 of the Andhra Pradesh GST Rules.
