of <h1>India Exempts Customs Duty on Amphotericin B APIs and COVID-19 Test Kit Materials Until September 30, 2021.</h1> The Central Government of India, under Notification No. 35/2021-Customs dated July 12, 2021, has exempted basic customs duty on specified active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and excipients for Amphotericin B, as well as raw materials for manufacturing COVID-19 test kits. This exemption applies to goods listed in the notification when imported into India, subject to compliance with the Customs (Import of Goods at Concessional Rate of Duty) Rules, 2017. The exemption for certain goods expires on August 31, 2021, while for COVID test kit materials, it expires on September 30, 2021.
