of <h1>Bihar GST Act Update: Deadline Extended for FORM GSTR-1 Submission for April 2021 to 26th of Next Month.</h1> The notification dated 1st July 2021 amends a previous notification (S.O. 206) from 23rd December 2020 under the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendment, authorized by the Commissioner on the Council's recommendation, introduces an additional proviso extending the deadline for registered persons to submit details of outward supplies in FORM GSTR-1 for the tax period of April 2021. The new deadline is set for the 26th day of the month following the tax period. This change is issued under the authority of the Governor of Bihar by the Commissioner of State Tax.
