This change clarifies the entities excluded from the notification's applicability. The amendment was made under the authority of sub-rule (4) of rule 48 of the Tamil Nadu GST Rules, 2017, based on the Council's recommendations, and is documented in G.O. Ms. No. 87, dated June 2, 2021.
