of <h1>Himachal Pradesh Extends GSTR-1 Filing Deadline for April 2021 to 26th of Following Month per GST Act 2017.</h1> The Himachal Pradesh Excise and Taxation Department issued Notification No. 12/2021-State Tax, amending Notification No. 83/2020-State Tax dated December 14, 2020. Under the authority of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, the amendment extends the deadline for registered persons to submit details of outward supplies in FORM GSTR-1 for the tax period of April 2021. The new deadline is set for the twenty-sixth day of the month following the tax period. This change was made on the recommendation of the GST Council and is authorized by the Governor of Himachal Pradesh.
