This amendment, effective from June 16, 2021, involves adding the words 'a government department, a local authority,' to the first paragraph of the original notification. This change specifies that the notification applies to registered persons excluding government departments and local authorities. The amendment was made on the recommendations of the Council and is issued by the Department of Finance, Revenue & Control Division, in the name of the Governor of Goa.
