of <h1>West Bengal extends FORM GST ITC-04 submission deadline to May 31, 2021, u/s 168 and rule 45(3).</h1> The Commissioner of State Tax, West Bengal, has extended the deadline for submitting FORM GST ITC-04 for the period from January 1, 2021, to March 31, 2021. The new due date is set for May 31, 2021. This extension is made under the authority of section 168 of the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and rule 45(3) of the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, following the recommendations of the Council. The notification is retroactively effective from April 25, 2021.
