Taxpayers are now allowed to submit this form by May 31, 2021. This amendment, made under the authority of the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, aligns with recommendations from the Council and corresponds to a Central Notification. The notification is retroactively effective from April 30, 2021.
