This extension applies to actions such as proceedings, orders, notices, and the filing of appeals or documents. However, it excludes certain provisions specified in the Act. Additionally, for actions under rule 9 of the Nagaland GST Rules, deadlines are extended to June 15, 2021. For refund claim rejections, the deadline is extended to 15 days post-reply or May 31, 2021, whichever is later.
