of <h1>Puducherry GST Deadlines Extended: Compliance Due April 15-May 30 Now Due May 31; Rule 9 Extended to June 15.</h1> The Government of Puducherry has extended the validity of certain time limits under the Puducherry Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, due to COVID-19. Actions or compliances due between April 15, 2021, and May 30, 2021, are extended to May 31, 2021. This includes proceedings, orders, notices, appeals, and document submissions, except for specified sections and rules. For actions under Rule 9 of the Puducherry GST Rules, the deadline is extended to June 15, 2021. Additionally, for refund claim rejections, the order issuance deadline is extended to either 15 days post-reply or May 31, 2021, whichever is later.
