of <h1>Madhya Pradesh amends GST Rules: Threshold reduced from 100 crore to 50 crore rupees, effective April 1, 2021.</h1> The Madhya Pradesh State Government has amended its notification No. F A 3-51-2019-1-V (29) dated May 4, 2020, under the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. Effective April 1, 2021, the amendment changes the threshold amount mentioned in the first paragraph of the original notification from 'one hundred crore rupees' to 'fifty crore rupees.' This change was made following the recommendations of the Council and is issued by the order of the Governor of Madhya Pradesh.
