of <h1>Odisha Amends GST Penalty Waiver Compliance Period u/s 128, Effective December 1, 2020, to June 30, 2021.</h1> The Government of Odisha, exercising its powers under section 128 of the Odisha Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has amended a previous notification. The amendment, recommended by the Goods and Services Tax Council, modifies the compliance period for waiving penalties related to Notification No. 10654 dated March 31, 2020. The original compliance condition, effective from April 1, 2021, is now changed to require compliance between December 1, 2020, and June 30, 2021, with the new compliance starting from July 1, 2021. This amendment is issued by the Finance Department and authorized by the Special Secretary to the Government.
