of <h1>Amendments in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code: Key Textual Corrections Notified by Ministry of Law and Justice.</h1> In the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (Amendment) Ordinance, 2021, published on April 4, 2021, certain textual corrections have been issued. The corrections include replacing 'preliminary information' with 'preliminary information memorandum' on page 3, line 31; 'insolvency date' with 'insolvency commencement date' on page 3, line 34; 'in under clause (b)' with 'in clause (b)' on page 22, line 5; and 'cause (c)' with 'clause (c)' on page 27, line 20. These amendments were notified by the Ministry of Law and Justice, Legislative Department, Government of India.
