<h1>Madhya Pradesh Waives GST Penalties for Specific Non-Compliance from Dec 2020 to Mar 2021 u/s 128.</h1> The State Government of Madhya Pradesh, exercising its powers under Section 128 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has waived penalties for non-compliance with notification No. F A 3-48-2019-1-V(31) dated May 4, 2020. This waiver applies to registered persons for non-compliance between December 1, 2020, and March 31, 2021, provided they comply with the notification from April 1, 2021. The waiver is effective from November 29, 2020, as per the order issued by the Deputy Secretary in the name of the Governor of Madhya Pradesh.
