of <h1>Delhi GST Notification Amended: Deadline Extended from August 31, 2020, to October 31, 2020, Effective Retroactively.</h1> The notification amends Notification No. 21/2019-State Tax, dated October 17, 2019, under the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendment changes the date in the first proviso of the third paragraph from '31st day of August, 2020' to '31st day of October, 2020.' This amendment is effective retroactively from August 31, 2020. The order is issued by the Deputy Secretary of Finance in the name of the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi. The principal notification was previously amended on December 31, 2020.
