of <h1>Rajasthan Implements Amendment to Section 54 of RGST Act 2017, Effective Retroactively from September 1, 2019.</h1> The Government of Rajasthan has issued a notification regarding the implementation of an amendment to Section 54 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax (RGST) Act, 2017, as per the RGST (Amendment) Act, 2020. The amendment, authorized by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Amendment Act, is deemed effective from September 1, 2019. The notification, dated March 26, 2021, was issued by the Finance Department's Tax Division, under the authority of the Governor and signed by the Joint Secretary to the Government.
