Specifically, '31st day of March' is replaced with '30th day of June,' and '01st day of April' is replaced with '1st day of July.' These changes have been made following the recommendations of the Council and are authorized under section 128 of the Act. The amendment is officially ordered by the Joint Secretary to the Government.
