of <h1>Goa GST Amendment: Monetary Threshold Reduced from 100 Crore to 50 Crore Effective April 1, 2021.</h1> The Government of Goa has amended Notification No. 38/1/2017-Fin(R&C)(133) dated 30th March 2020, under the Goa Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017. Effective from April 1, 2021, the amendment changes the monetary threshold in the first paragraph of the original notification from 'one hundred crore rupees' to 'fifty crore rupees.' This amendment was made based on the recommendations of the Council and is issued by the Department of Finance, Revenue & Control Division, in the name of the Governor of Goa.
