Commencement of section 7 of Delhi GST Amendment Act notified, appointed effective from 10 November 2020. The Lieutenant Governor, under clause (ii) of section 1 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2019, notifies that the provisions of section 7 of the Act shall come into force on the 10th day of November, 2020, by State Tax notification issued by the Finance (Expenditure-IV) Department dated 25th March 2021.
