of <h1>Arunachal Pradesh enables nil return filing via SMS for taxpayers u/r 67A, effective June 8, 2020.</h1> Notification No. 41/2020 issued by the Government of Arunachal Pradesh, Department of Tax, Excise & Narcotics, announces the implementation of Rule 67A, allowing taxpayers to furnish a nil return in FORM GSTR-3B via SMS. This notification, dated June 8, 2020, is enacted under the powers granted by section 164 of the Arunachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, in conjunction with the Arunachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Fifth Amendment) Rules, 2020. The provisions take effect from June 8, 2020, as detailed in the notification published in the Gazette of Arunachal Pradesh.
