of <h1>Arunachal Pradesh Revises GSTR-3B Filing Deadlines for Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh under GST Act 2017.</h1> The Government of Arunachal Pradesh has issued an amendment to Notification No. 30/2019-State Tax, dated October 9, 2019. Under the powers conferred by the Arunachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, the Commissioner has revised the deadlines for filing GSTR-3B returns for businesses in Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh. For Jammu and Kashmir, returns for November 2019 to February 2020 must be filed by March 24, 2020. For Ladakh, returns for November 2019 to December 2019 are due by March 24, 2020, and for January 2020 to March 2020 by May 20, 2020. This amendment is effective from March 24, 2020.
