of <h1>Gujarat GST Notification 03/2021 Exempts Certain Entities from Sub-sections 6B and 6C of Section 25.</h1> Notification No. 03/2021-State Tax issued by the Government of Gujarat on March 2, 2021, under the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, supersedes the previous Notification No. 17/2020-State Tax dated March 27, 2020. It specifies that the provisions of sub-section (6B) or (6C) of section 25 of the Act do not apply to non-citizens of India, departments or establishments of the Central or State Government, local authorities, statutory bodies, public sector undertakings, or individuals applying for registration under sub-section (9) of section 25. This notification is effective from February 23, 2021.
