of <h1>India sets countervailing duty on Malaysian textured tempered glass imports, 9.71-10.14% CIF, valid until June 2026</h1> Imposes definitive countervailing (anti-subsidy) duty on imports of 'Textured Tempered Glass,' coated or uncoated, under tariff item 7007 19 00, originating in or exported from Malaysia into India. The Designated Authority found subsidized pricing, material injury to the domestic industry, and a causal link between subsidized imports and such injury. Duty is levied as a percentage of CIF value, net of any applicable antidumping duty: 9.71% for goods from a specified Malaysian producer and 10.14% for all other covered configurations involving Malaysia. The duty is payable in Indian currency and will remain in force up to 8 June 2026, unless earlier modified.
